A native of Jamestown, New York, MaryAnn has been a successful and award-winning entrepreneur in the beauty industry for nearly 40 years. In 2020, MaryAnn made a career change and embarked on a flourishing occupation in real estate, selling $6M in her first 6 months of business.
Ms. Bianco attended Jamestown Community College and Chautauqua School of Art where she acquired her entrepreneurial spirit. Upon completion she started her own business learning the ins and outs of how to treat clients and what it takes to become a success as a small business owner, achieving “Best of the Best” awards for many years.
A resident of Naples, MaryAnn has enthusiastically embarked on a career with Gulf Coast International Properties. Her previous successful track record in real estate along with her
superb customer service skills have proven to be an asset to the team.
MaryAnn is a strong believer in giving back and devotes her time to many charitable organizations including Special Olympics, YWCA, The Girls Club, and various church organizations. She is a member of NABOR, the New York State Board of Realtors, and Crèche, which provides baby needs for youth and needy families. A mother of 3 grown children and lover of golf, MaryAnn is thrilled to call Naples her home and share her love of Southwest Florida with clients old and new.
