Is the market opening up?

I cant speak for anyone else, but here in Naples we have seen open house and walk-in traffic pick up significantly, sales rising, and an overall increase in market activity with the luxury market. It would be interesting to hear from agents in other markets. Hopefully the next few months are really busy as potential buyers see the bottom in sight? We will see.
